loanDepot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with management, source and evaluate top talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process to meet staffing objectives. The role emphasizes understanding job requirements and company culture while navigating multiple verticals such as sales, operations, corporate, and servicing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in corporate recruiting, with mortgage recruiting experience preferred, and a detail-oriented approach

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a preference for mortgage recruiting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex processes and internal workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

• Support project objectives through effective communication, including interview notes and intake meetings.

By thoroughly understanding job requirements and company culture, this role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to meet staffing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Source, review, and assess candidates for assignedrequisitionsto ensure a match with job requirements and company culture.
• Ability to handle requisitions across multiple verticals—sales, operations, corporate, servicing, etc.
• Partner with managers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and talent requirements, offering proactive consultation to align hiring efforts with business goals.
• Utilizesvarious techniques and tools, including social media, sourcing platforms, NMLS listings, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their motivations and qualifications throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Support project objectives through effective communication, including interview notes, debrief meetings, and intake meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a preference for experience in mortgage recruiting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex processes and internal workflows.
