You’ll serve as a strategic recruiting partner, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting Protech’s mission, values, and growth objectives.**Key Responsibilities*** Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals, KPIs, and internal customer needs.* Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and provide data-driven recommendations.* Source, engage, and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers.* Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent.* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.* Ensure all offers comply with Protech’s policies and maintain consistency across markets.* Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track metrics, and prepare recruitment reports.* Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protech’s talent acquisition approach.**Qualifications & Skills*** 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-market environment.* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms; Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).* Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and compliance requirements.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.At Protech, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
