As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will support the recruitment and selection of hourly talent across assigned manufacturing, operations, and support locations. The TA Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer facilitation, and onboarding support. This role will partner closely with site leaders to build candidate pipelines, support workforce planning initiatives, and ensure timely fulfillment of hourly hiring needs.
The TA Partner will be based in Greenville, SC and will support recruitment for all applicable sites within the region. It may include up to 15% occasional travel at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
