Job summary

Integrity in Dallas, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting and build strong relationships with hiring managers to hire exceptional team members who share our values.

You will craft clear job postings, source top talent through multiple channels, pre-screen candidates, lead interviews, and ensure an inclusive, candidate-focused experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive success by aligning with hiring manager needs and navigating nuanced situations to enhance the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate, engaging job postings and selection criteria.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Pre-screen and engage potential candidates, sharing our company story and culture to spark interest.
• Interview and evaluate candidates objectively with a consistent, inclusive process.
• Maintain and optimize recruiting channels (Indeed, LinkedIn) to ensure a steady pipeline.
• Track recruitment activity, open positions, and key hiring metrics for reporting and strategy.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Support special recruiting projects as needed.
