Job summary

Apptronik in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager of TA Operations, Programs & Reporting. You will build and run day-to-day recruiting operations, lead TA programs, and develop reporting systems while enabling scalable growth.

This hands-on leader will design processes, coach staff, and drive data-driven decisions across talent acquisition. The role emphasizes program creation, knowledge management, and strong partnership with senior leaders to deliver hiring excellence in a fast-growing robotics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or recruiting systems.
• 2+ years of direct people management in a TA/ops environment.
• Proven track record implementing programs, processes, or tools in a high-growth context.
• Strong capability to design and deliver training for managers and interviewers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination and operating cadence of the TA team.
• Establish workflows, SOPs, and knowledge-base policies for scale.
• Coach coordinators and support professional development.
• Lead recruitment programs/events and training initiatives.
• Own ATS, data governance, and reporting to leadership.
