  • Champion a candidate experience that reflects Huron’s values, professionalism, and commitment to respect, transparency, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen talent advisory capability, recruiting operations, employment brand, reporting discipline, and hiring manager enablement.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Eight to ten years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, professional services organization, consulting environment, or executive search firm required.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or directly managing recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources.
  • A consultative talent advisory mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, interpret recruiting data, communicate market insights, and recommend solutions that support business priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with stakeholders, influence through insight, manage competing priorities, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting experienced-level, leadership, professional services, consulting, or specialized recruiting needs.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success developing others, creating clarity across competing priorities, and elevating the effectiveness of a recruiting team.
