Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear in Bridgwater, Somerset is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to partner with the business, attract and secure talent across permanent and contingent hiring, and shape recruitment strategies within a complex project environment.

Working 37 hours per week with hybrid arrangements, you’ll travel to Bridgwater and Bristol sites, lead large campaigns, manage stakeholders, analyse data and deliver timely workforce solutions that support UK energy projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience embedding sourcing strategies in complex organisations.
  • Experience leading large-scale recruitment campaigns or projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring demands.

  • Coordinate with MSP/RPO partners to ensure high-quality service.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, helping the business attract, engage and secure talented people across both permanent and contingent hiring. You'll influence hiring strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships and play a key role in delivering workforce solutions within a complex project environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Partnering with hiring managers, project leaders and customers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Working closely with our recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider partners to ensure a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Analysing recruitment data and workforce trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Driving project-based recruitment campaigns to deliver the right people with the right skills at the right time.

You will work 37 hours per week, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available, alongside regular travel to our Bridgwater and Bristol sites.

Essential experience of the Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Proven experience designing and embedding sourcing strategies within a complex organisational environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale recruitment campaigns or project-based hiring programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience using Excel and reporting tools to analyse data and support business decisions.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
