Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in talent acquisition and recruiting operations; internship experience helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruiters with candidate sourcing and research across LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, and other talent channels.
• Assists with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Maintains accurate and timely candidate information in the applicant tracking system and recruiting trackers.
• Help prepare job postings, interview materials, and other recruiting documents.
• Supports employer branding and early talent initiatives and recruiting content.
• Partners with Human Resources and cross-functional teams on assigned projects and day-to-day recruiting needs.
• Handles candidate and business information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
