Job Description: Airbus Americas, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to join our team based in Kinston, NC. You will be part of a team working in our Talent Acquisition department, it’s our mission to help support Airbus’ greatest assets: our team members. Our team works cross-departmentally partnering closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams.
The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will be to support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions for both internal and external positions, responding to recruitment business needs across Mobile Manufacturing Site. This role is critical to the success of Talent Acquisition execution. Additionally the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruitment events and the compliant storage of attendee data in our identified resources to ensure data privacy.

The Airbus Aerosystems Kinston facility sits at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing, specializing in the production of large, advanced composite aerostructures. Our team builds critical components for the state-of-the‑art Airbus A350 XWB, including the composite center fuselage and wing spar.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of administrative tasks and complex functions. Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred.
Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and engage & align with agency partners, client groups and candidates. Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. Familiarity with Federal and State Employment law, EEO/anti-discrimination laws is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems preferred.
Hybrid - 100%- Onsite 4 days per week and remote 1 days per week Eligibility: Able to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
