The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify, attract, and screen pipelines of qualified candidates to help scale and support our employee growth at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). As part of our Talent Team, this person will play a key role in helping others across campus achieve their goals by sourcing and recruiting talented and mission‑drive individuals. This key role is crucial in achieving our staffing goals and ensuring that both hiring managers and candidates experience a seamless, high‑quality, and positive hiring process.
