The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for manufacturing professionals at our Portland, Oregon bakery. The successful candidate will lead sourcing and recruitment efforts, build relationships with Hiring Managers, define sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with EEOC requirements.
The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding. This person will develop and execute integrated recruitment solutions using direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach. The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, accurately capture applicant flow, and leverage WorkDay to maintain consistent and compliant recruitment records.
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815, based on experience, skills, education, and location. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and may earn overachievement bonuses. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays and vacation. No relocation support is available.
