Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is actively seeking a Take-Out Specialist to manage walk-in and phone orders, coordinate with third-party delivery services, and prepare orders for pickup. You’ll help ensure accurate quotes, monitor curbside pickup, and uphold our guest-first service standard in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Take-Out Specialists are friendly, organized individuals who have a strong attention to detail. They maintain strong and detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging. They capture our guests' walk-in and phone orders; partner with Third Party delivery companies; and facilitate all online orders. Additionally, they collect payment, give accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup. They monitor curbside for automobile-parked guests in designated area.
