The Rose Group / Applebee's is seeking a Take-out Specialist in Westminster, MD to handle pickup and delivery orders with speed and accuracy. You will ensure orders are packed correctly, process payments, and coordinate with kitchen and drive-thru teams to keep traffic moving smoothly.

Applicants should be friendly, reliable, and able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible part-time schedules are available after training.

This position must ensure that guest orders are packaged 100% accurately and quickly, payments are received properly, and delicious meals are delivered promptly to guests waiting in their vehicles or to delivery vendors picking up orders.

A qualified applicant must have excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, be able to lift 15-30 pounds, and work for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
