Job summary

Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC is seeking a takeout team member in Wisconsin to ensure orders meet guest specifications and are delivered with a smile. You will assist with packing, curbside service, and maintaining the takeout station to high standards.

You’re expected to communicate clearly, multitask across orders, and handle difficult situations with guest-first focus, while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School (preferred).
• Food Handlers Card required or as stated by local regulations.
• Ability to follow guest specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect plates before delivery for portion accuracy and presentation.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the takeout area; keep equipment clean and organized.
• Deliver dishes to guests and handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Respond to guest concerns using AIM: Apologize, Investigate, involve Management.
