Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is seeking Take-Out Specialists in Burbank, CA. You will take walk-in, phone, and online orders, coordinate with third-party delivery partners, and prepare orders for pickup with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You’ll maintain current knowledge of menu items and packaging, handle payments and timing estimates, and assist guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting in our dynamic kitchen and dining environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized individuals with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging.
• Capture guest orders via walk-in, phone, and online; coordinate with third-party delivery; facilitate online orders.
• Collect payment, provide accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup.
• Monitor curbside for parked guests in designated area.

Job Duties

• Our Take-Out Specialists are friendly, organized individuals who have a strong attention to detail.
• They maintain strong and detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging.
• They capture our guests’ walk-in and phone orders; partner with Third Party delivery companies; and facilitate all online orders.
• Additionally, they collect payment, give accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup.
• They monitor curbside for automobile-parked guests in designated area.

The current pay range for this position is USD: $16.90 - $16.90 Various benefits are available for this position if coverage requirements are met, including 401K, health, dental, and disability insurance (state mandated offerings available) through CPK’s designated providers.
