• Organize and deliver dishes to guests in a timely manner.
• Handle difficult situations and guest complaints using AIM: Apologize, Investigate, involve Management.
• Communicate clearly, write well, and explain things to guests as needed.
• Strive for perfection and contribute to a culture of caring.
