The Tailor provides professional fitting and alteration services to customers at Phipps Plaza, ensuring garments fit correctly and meet quality standards. This role measures and fits customers, performs sewing and pressing work, manages alteration orders, and supports department productivity while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations
• Perform and complete customer fittings and sewing alterations according to guidelines and service standards
• Operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment safely
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Meet individual and department productivity goals and collaborate with the alterations and store team
