Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco is seeking a Part-time Tailor to deliver a best-in-class tailoring experience. You will perform hemming, patches, repairs and more technical alterations, ensuring high-quality results for every garment.

You will educate store teams on tailoring services, assist with training, and partner with store leadership on elevating customer experience. Promote Levi's Tailor Shop and omni-channel offerings to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sewing/tailoring experience and denim knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced alterations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic alterations (hemming, patches, repairs) and more technical tailoring.
• Educate and train store teams on tailoring services.
• Resolve tailoring concerns following policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Assist with training Tailors within district and/or region on Tailor processes and Levi’s Tailoring standards.
• Promote Levi's Tailor Shop offerings and omni-channel services.
