Job summary

Lakeshirts in Minnesota is seeking a pad printing operator to create tagless labels on garments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a–4p, with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Daily tasks include unboxing, removing tags, pad printing designs, folding, and boxing for the next production step. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and capable of counting and verifying correct garments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
• Accuracy is required, must be able to print design on appropriate area on garment.
• Must understand order form and be able to count.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
• Must be self-directed & self-motivated.
• Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.; must be able to pick up new software skills quickly.
• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs/day.

Responsibilities

• Remove tag from garment in order to print branded design onto garment.
• Operate pad print machine, using a foot pedal, to transfer design (brand/care and contents) onto garment.
• Fold garments and place in box for next step in production process.
• Pulls orders of garments for production teams, on an as-needed basis.
