Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a TAD Solution Analyst to design client-specific IT infrastructure, including structured cabling, wireless, data centers, AV, and security systems.

You will create design documents (AutoCAD/Revit), cost estimates, and specs from concept through construction, coordinating with architects, MEP teams, and clients. The role requires strong communication and multi-project management in a consulting setting, with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience using AutoCAD to create detailed solutions for commercial clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is desired but not required; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Experience with Revit is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently as well as collaborate with team members on larger projects.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude

Responsibilities

• Develop design documentation (AutoCAD/Revit), cost estimates, and specifications from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and clients during requirements, submittals, and site visits.
• Support construction through coordination meetings and on-site visits.
• Manage multiple projects in a consulting environment as needed.
• Review submittals and participate in requirements discussions.
