A leading aerospace and defense firm in Coronado, California, is seeking an experienced professional to support U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) with mission planning and technical integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system integration, training management, and tactical systems maintenance. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operational experience with SOF Component in the past 8 years.
• 5+ years in mission planning or navigation support for SOF operations.
• Expertise in troubleshooting mission systems in austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Support mission planning and execution using tactical systems.
• Maintain tactical systems/software with Level I and Level II response.
• Deliver user and advanced training on all assigned systems.

Skills

Operational experience with assigned SOF Component
