GardaWorld Security Services in Byhalia, MS is hiring a Tactical Flex Security Supervisor / Officer to patrol and secure locations, read environments, and respond quickly to incidents. You will work on the 3rd shift, 10pm-6am, full-time, with competitive hourly wages.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, access control, and collaboration with law enforcement; prior security supervisory experience is preferred. All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; uniform is provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years of Security Supervisory experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Able to stand and walk for the full shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Flex Security Supervisor / Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
