GardaWorld Security is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments and respond to emergencies. You will monitor access points, conduct security checks, and work with law enforcement as needed, while upholding all regulations and reporting incidents in detail.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years old or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• CT State Security Guard License endorsement
• Immunizations up to date
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• First aid certification is a plus
• Able to stand and walk for the full shift

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to emergencies and security incidents with professionalism.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks on vehicles and personnel.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and security teams to address incidents.
• Enforce company policies and interact with the public courteously.
• Provide accurate written incident reports in a timely manner.
