Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer for a part-time 3rd shift in St. Louis, MO. The role emphasizes environment reading, risk anticipation, and proactive response while patrolling varied sites such as retail locations and airports.

The incumbent will verify identities, respond to incidents, monitor alarms and cameras, and coordinate with authorities when needed. Uniforms are supplied; DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
