GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer – Tactical in Milwaukee, WI. You will patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers, reading the environment to anticipate risk and act accordingly. Key responsibilities include patrolling, verifying identities, and responding quickly to threats, with uniform provided at no cost.

The role offers full-time hours on 10 p.m. to 6:20 a.m.

Qualifications

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass screening processes.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to stand/walk the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas and spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras and respond to alarms.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Skills

Authorized to work in the U.S.

21+ years old

Valid driver’s license

Stand and walk for full shift

Pass extensive screening

State license if required

First aid certification asset

Security/Military/Law enforcement exp.

Education
