Job summary

Hermeus is seeking an Operational Test Pilot & Exercise Integration Lead to fly our aircraft, plan and lead missions, and integrate vehicles into live ranges and joint exercises. You will be the primary interface between Hermeus, warfighters, range authorities, and test organizations, translating operational intent into executable test plans and delivering flight data to our teams.

This role requires extensive tactical aviation experience and ease moving between cockpit, control room, customer

Qualifications

• Experience flying tactical aircraft in contested or congested airspace.
• Ability to translate flight test results into actionable capabilities.
• Proven track record managing complex flight-test programs.

Responsibilities

• Fly aircraft and lead mission execution.
• Coordinate with range authorities and test organizations.
• Deliver Flight Test as a Service engagements from scoping to data delivery.
