Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a JITC Tactical Data Link specialist to test TDL interfaces for MIL-STD and STANAG interoperability, updating Master Test Procedures and delivering analysis.

The role requires 8+ years of military experience, a current CompTIA Security+ certification, and the ability to work with test tools; travel is 0–10% with an active Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience executing TDL standards conformance tests (MIL-STDs 6011/6016/6020/6022).
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of writing complex software developer-level issues clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals (ICPs).
• Update Master Test Procedures to include ICP changes.
• Research SUT data link bit level implementation and MIL-STD areas to test.
• Develop standards conformance test procedures using system implementations.
• Develop interoperability test procedures using the TDL MTP to evaluate NR KPPs and traceability.
• Conduct Standards Conformance and interoperability tests and post-test analysis using tools.
• Write preliminary trouble reports and final test reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
