Job summary

Taco Casa in Athens, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a friendly, efficient team.

You will help train crew, manage tasks, monitor policies, handle opening/closing duties, adjust staffing, and conduct weekly inventories, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
