Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a restaurant team member to provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service across our travel center locations. You will maintain inventory, prep food safely, operate the cash register, and keep the dining area neat while delivering excellent guest service.

The role supports a welcoming atmosphere and opportunities to work flexible shifts, with weekly pay and benefits like health plans and PTO. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Pilot Company processes and policies.
