KBP Brands, owner of Taco Bell franchises, invites you to join as a Team Member. You’ll deliver great service, work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, and help provide a Live Más experience to guests at our Taco Bell restaurants across KBP Brands’ network.

• No experience required – but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards or fast‑food is a plus.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour.
