Job summary

Pilot Company in Virginia is hiring for a guest-focused position within our travel center dining area. You will provide fast, friendly service, help prep and maintain food quality, and operate the cash register while keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming for every guest.

This role requires strong guest service skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow brand policies. Flexible scheduling is common, including nights and weekends, with competitive hourly pay and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Able to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Able to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Able to follow Taco Bell processes and policies.
• Able to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays (preferred).
