Job summary

The General Manager at Taco Bell Bloomfield leads all people and operations, ensuring fast-paced, friendly service and consistent food quality. You will mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members, set the daily plan, and drive engagement across the restaurant.

You’ll travel to other locations as needed and manage safety standards, scheduling, and inventory while delivering results in a high-energy environment that values teamwork, guest satisfaction, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Two to three years minimum experience leading people.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the business.

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of two to three years of experience leading people. Food Industry Experience Preferred.
• High School or some College Education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the Business.

You're willing and able to:

• Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Stand for prolonged periods, bend, and kneel and be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment from a grill to registers and computers.
