Pilot Company is hiring for positions at our Utah locations. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and clean service to guests in a dynamic travel-center environment.

Team members are expected to handle cash, assist customers, and keep the restaurant spotless while following company policies. We offer a supportive team culture with opportunities to train in multiple roles within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Taco Bell processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
