Job summary

Pilot Company in Texas is seeking team members to deliver fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel centers. You will participate in maintaining inventory, operate cash registers, and ensure the overall cleanliness of our restaurant and guest areas.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to handle transactions accurately while following company procedures and policies. Training and growth opportunities are available across our center locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate outstanding guest service and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Accurately complete sales transactions.
• Cleanly and safely prep food as required.
• Adhere to company policies and Taco Bell processes.
• Proficient use of computers, phones, and POS equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.20 - $16.53 / hour
