Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and drive customer experience while upholding brand standards.

The AGM will focus on operational excellence, training and development, and collaboration with the GM to meet financial goals while delivering 5-star service to guests.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
  • Able to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain current health card.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Supervisor: General Manager (GM), Area Coach (AC), Director of Operations (DO)Status: Non-ExemptBasic PurposeThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal role in daily restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager (GM) by providing the leadership necessary to ensure smooth operations, optimal efficiency, and exceptional results.
