Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a Tablet Press Operator / Pharmacy Technician Overnight to join our on-site production team. You will set up, run, and monitor tablet press equipment, adjust settings for tablet quality, and document production activities while adhering to GMP and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year experience with tablet press machinery, familiarity with cGMP, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience operating tablet press machinery preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocols.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Preferably State of Florida Pharmacy Technician License.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press machines according to SOPs and batch records.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as needed.
• Document production activity, inspections, and deviations accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Support changeovers and assist with cleaning validation and documentation.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Job Type: Full-time - 100% On Site

• Shift: Overnight (Monday to Friday)
• Schedule: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
