Job Description

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies

• As a Tableau/Power BI Developer, you will support analytics, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision support for technology capacity planning working closely with Technology leadership, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Clarity, Jira, and enterprise reporting stakeholders to improve visibility into resource capacity, demand, delivery metrics, and operational insights.
• The resource will work as an analytics developer supporting TCE reporting, capacity analytics, data preparation, dashboard development, and process automation.
• A typical day may include gathering requirements from stakeholders, analyzing data from Clarity/Jira and related enterprise sources, building, or enhancing Alteryx workflows, developing Tableau/Power BI dashboards, validating data quality, troubleshooting reporting issues, and documenting repeatable processes.

Apptio exposure is optional and should be treated as a plus, not a requirement.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
