Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Tableau Field Engagement Lead within the Analytics Center of Excellence to support strategic initiatives and field engagement for global Tableau sales teams.

The role blends strategic planning, sales programs, marketing, and analytics to drive activation and performance across diverse regions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales strategy, program management, and cross-functional leadership, with strong data storytelling and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy/business operations, project management, sales programs or marketing.
• 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights & narratives.
• Experience with defining analysis requirements and working with analysts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience across initiatives.
• Serve as the liaison between integrated sales support teams and the Tableau COE, ensuring Tableau priorities are integrated into field strategies.
• Monitor and report on activation program performance and use insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with global and regional activation teams to support Tableau customer meetings and events.
• Lead or assist in Tableau events such as Tableau Conference, Learning Summits, and other executive tracks.
