Responsibilities

• As a Tableau Developer you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights.
• You will work closely with our data analysis team to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and reports that meet the analytical needs of various business units.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Perform data cleansing and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations.
• Conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of Tableau tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in data visualization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that drive business insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity in reporting.
• Certifications related to Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) are an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Tableau, including server architecture and administration.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with data cleaning tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
