Job summary

WCL Group invites a Tableau Developer & Administrator to join a 12‑month assignment in Plano, TX. You will build interactive dashboards connected to Google BigQuery, handle server administration, and explore Generative AI tools to speed up visualization workflows.

You will design data models, optimize performance, and translate stakeholder requirements into robust analytics solutions, with a path to full-time conversion. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Tableau development experience.
• 2+ years of Tableau Server/Online administration experience.
• 3+ years with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• 3+ years of advanced SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs).
• 2+ years designing dimensional data models.
• Experience creating mockups/wireframes for stakeholder review.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end dashboard delivery from requirements gathering to post-production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards connected to Google BigQuery.
• Create and optimize dimensional data models for reporting.
• Develop complex calculated fields and table calculations.
• Build reusable templates and governance for dashboards.
