The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Tableau Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Tableau and data visualization best practices, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/CS/BI.
• Proven Tableau dashboard design and development experience.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful visualizations.
• Create data models with dimensions, measures, and calculated fields.
• Connect, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources including SQL databases and cloud APIs.
• Develop and optimize Tableau workbooks and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Administer Tableau Server environments with security and governance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to support objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Establish BI best practices and data governance standards.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to improve Tableau adoption.
