Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of Tableau dashboard development.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with complex data environments including SQL and data modeling.
• Strong Tableau skills for interactive dashboards and real-time insights.
• Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and define metrics, KPIs, data sources.
• Profile data quality, lineage, and transform data for dashboards.
• Create ETL/ELT transformations to support metrics.
• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards with role-based views and filters.
• Implement visuals and KPIs, focusing on performance and usability.
• Perform basic SQL optimization and query tuning.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.
• Lead projects and provide training to teammates on analytics pipelines.
• Troubleshoot data issues and promote best practices for data governance.
