Job summary

Relyans Max Group is seeking an hourly Quality Sort/Inspector to perform manual sorting and visual inspection of parts, both internal and from outside suppliers. You will set up scales, label cartons, and complete required paperwork tied to sorting instructions.

You will also perform basic SAP transactions, purge equipment, and assist with hand pack/repack activities while maintaining safety and cleanliness at the work station. Compliance with QVA criteria is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds safely.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must complete low level data entry and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort parts to the QVA criteria for defects/foreign material.
• Set up scales, make boxes, label cartons.
• Complete required paperwork per part sorting instructions.
• Complete basic SAP activities to start and complete a job.
• Perform purge activities to ensure equipment is clean for the next job.
• Maintain cleanliness at the station and perform basic housekeeping.
• Use pallet jack and electric pallet jack to support the process.
• Communicate with forklift operator to support continuous operation.
• Support hand pack and repack activities.
• Follow safety practices with approved PPE at all times.
• Support quality focus to meet QVA criteria and production targets.
