Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time gaming floor supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience in several types of table games and poker.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, conduct, and game security of table games.
• Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate scheduling of supervisors and dealers for proper staffing.
• Oversee fills and credits during operation of supervised games.
• Train team members and address guest and employee concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment within the area of responsibility.
