Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor/Dealer to provide outstanding guest service in our Pennsylvania operations. The role may function as a Dealer, a Table Games Supervisor, or a Boxperson on assigned shifts, ensuring game protection and smooth day-to-day table games activities.

As a supervisor, you will assist with oversight of table games operations, enforce gaming rules, and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of prior experience strongly preferred.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
• Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Maintains continuous security of assigned game at all times.
• Deal game according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square. Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
• Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
• Provides oversight of table games operations supporting the dealers in game accuracy.
• Records accurate ratings
• Settles disputes that may arise at the gaming table between guests and dealers.
• Monitors bets, payouts and makes corrections as needed while maintaining game security.
