Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a table game dealer to deliver hospitality at the gaming table, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience and are thanked as they depart. The role requires knowledge of the games dealt and adherence to gaming rules and internal controls.

The successful candidate will operate with integrity, multi-task across tasks, and maintain confidentiality while providing accurate payouts and table management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a live audition on one or more table games.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests, greet Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table, and thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
• Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
• Ensure appropriate game protection.
• Ensure appropriate game pace for all players.
• Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
• Fill and credit tables by verification of Cheques.
• Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory.
