Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and Team Member KPIs that are essential to our success.

Directly supervise the operations and conduct of assigned table games and team members including reconciling table accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Managing performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt with a high degree of proficiency and that excellent customer service is provided to the guest.

Observe, evaluate and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policies.

As a frontline supervisor you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
