Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a friendly and skilled Table Games Dealer to entertain guests while dealing casino games according to house rules.

You will exchange currency for gaming chips, maintain guest relations, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible service standards. Previous table games experience preferred; must be able to obtain required licenses, 21+.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing table games preferred.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations.
• Exemplary guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Need to obtain/renew required licenses and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Deals a variety of casino games as assigned.
• Keeps visual contact with guests and reports suspicious activity.
• Exchanges currency for chips and pays bets per house rules.
• Notify supervisor of irregularities or disputes during game.
• Maintain understanding of rules for each dealt game.
• Greet guests professionally and attentively.
• Deal in accordance with regulations and Golden Nugget policies.
• Deliver courteous, professional guest service in all interactions.
• Commit to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
