Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking an On-Call Table Games Dealer to bring energy, fairness and top-tier service to every hand during swing shift. You’ll create a welcoming environment across games like Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps.

This role pays $5.55 per hour plus tips and follows an on-call schedule from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with shifts on an as-needed basis. A high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of table games experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience dealing multiple table games
• Knowledge of three or more game types (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deal three or more game types proficiently (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps)
• Verbalize player instructions, totals, and results per game procedures
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game floor
• Promote the highest level of service and respond to guest inquiries; escalate issues to management
• Notify supervisor or security of unusual events, missing items, or suspected theft

As an On-Call Table Games Dealer on swing shift, you will bring energy, excitement, and top-tier service to every hand. THE PAY RATE:

$5.55 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

• On Call | Swing Shift




• 8:00pm - 4:00am




• Commits to working selected on call shift/days on an as-needed basis

DAY TO DAY:

• Deal three or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations




• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game




• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game




• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management




• Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent




• Brings 6+ months of experience dealing multiple table games in a similar setting




• Demonstrates knowledge in three or more game types: including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations
