Qualifications

• Ability to distinguish gaming chip colors and denominations.
• Working knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and casino operations.
• Knowledge of company internal controls and gaming regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to guest service and ethical conduct.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Deal Blackjack and assigned Carnival games efficiently while meeting game pace.
• Deliver professional, engaging guest service and maintain game integrity.
• Shuffle, collect wagers, and pay winners according to rules and policies.
• Verify fills, credits, and gaming documentation; sign off as required.
• Communicate game information during shift changes with incoming staff.
• Process cash buy-ins and issue gaming chips per procedures.
• Maintain control of cards, chips, dice, and table inventory.
• Adhere to departmental policies, Nebraska gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Support responsible gaming and manage schedules based on operations.
